Jen is an experienced psychologist and provides services to adolescents and adults. She has worked in the not-for-profit sector and in private practice. Jen supports people experiencing a range of complex mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and personality disorders.  Jen is passionate about providing professional, down to earth and practical psychology services. 

Jen draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Jen brings empathy, warmth and compassion to therapy and takes an individualised approach to each client. Jen is currently completing her PhD in complex trauma at Charles Darwin University.

Tammy is a Mental Health Clinician. She is an experienced counsellor who is in the process of applying for her provisional registration as a psychologist. 

Tammy specialises in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Clinical Hypnotherapy. 

With a background as a Custodial Correctional Officer (CCO), she has a passion for helping CCO's through any unique traumas and mental illness, including the reduction of stigma surrounding mental illness. Tammy is also the author of several mental health books.

Brooklyn is also passionate about psychology and is currently studying her Graduate Diploma in Psychology. She has an interest in complex mental health issues and co-facilitates the DBT Skills Collective with Jen. She has worked with both complex mental health and intellectual issues in the disability sector.
