What are you up to this weekend?


Have you planned something enjoyable?


Even if you don’t feel 100% it can still be helpful to engage in an activity that brings you joy. Or engage in something that previously brought you joy- even if you’re not feeling it right now.


You may not go out this weekend. Or do anything overly exciting. That is completely okay!


It can be helpful to just get started on something. Something that gets you moving. This could be a project, social encounter or hobby. It could be as simple as having a cup of coffee, taking the dog for a walk or putting on some hand cream or music. One step of the staircase at a time.
