Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) can be effective in treating Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and other complex mental health issues.

DBT Skills help participants to cope with uncomfortable emotions.

Skills include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

Join psychologist Jen Riches for her 12 week DBT Skills Group program every Saturday for 2.5 hours. Jen has general registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Fee: $2500 for 12 x 2.5 hour DBT Skills Group sessions.
