What did you get up to today?

Did you give yourself some time to chill out or do something fun? Having a break is super important for our mental health. If you didn’t have time this Sunday, plan something for next Sunday now.

You might like to schedule in brunch with a friend, a walk along the beach (safely- regarding crocs if you live in Darwin!), a couple of hours to watch whatever you have your eye on on Net Flix, exploring some markets, watching or playing a sport or indulging in some online shopping.

In this photo you can see me relaxing with my cat Henry whilst watching the show: “The Me You Can’t See.” This is a brilliant documentary series on the reality of mental illness featuring Prince Harry and Oprah.

If you don’t have time to relax now, spend a couple of minutes writing down what you will plan to do next Sunday. And enjoy it!
